The Swedish Federation of Business Owners is the largest independent business organisation in Sweden, representing the interests of around 70 000 business owners. The award has been made annually since 1985 on both a local, regional and national level. Only entrepreneurs who have proven themselves to be innovative, creative and an inspirational role model to other business owners, are eligible to win.
